Navigate to: member.softstar.com.tw/Member/UserReg01.aspx
(Register with a gmail or hotmail account if you're having trouble, as these are pre-approved services for Softstar. Other services may take a long time for verification.)
(Make sure you select "overseas", or else they will force your passport to conform to a certain format.)
Your registration should be successful, which will take you to the member center.
Now you can download.

Setting Up AppLocale
Navigate to: www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/int_pr_install_languages.mspx?mfr=true
Install East Asian Fonts.
Navigate to: www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13209 And download.
(Note: If you're having trouble on installing applocale for post-XP systems, either turn UAC completely off, or do the following:
Step 1: Put applocale.msi in C:
Step 2: Search for "Command Prompt" on your start menu. Right click it, and click "Run as Administrator."
Step 3: Type "cd \" (No quotes).
Step 4: Type "apploc.msi" (no quotes).
In your TW DOMO Client (Default install location: "C:\Program Files(x86)\SOFTSTAR\Dream Of Mirrors Online").
Replace all files in Main\Language\I18n\ with files from Main\Language\ENG\ in the Aeria Client (You're copying from Aeria's client to the Softstar Client.)
Replace all files in Main\Data with filesfrom Main\Data\ in the Aeria Client.
Warning: The following instruction is known to cause crashes. I recommend you skip this step. If you do skip it, however, all quest dialogue will be in Chinese.
Replace the file in Main\Script with files from Main\Script in the Aeria Client.
Right click them, and set them all to Read-Only

Starting the Game
Then Open AppLocale, and browse to the DOMO patcher.
(The setting I have in the image is the correct one, make sure you select it).
(If you checked as I instructed, it will leave a shortcut in the applocale folder in the start menu for DOMO.)
Log in and have fun.
If you have issues with displaying Chinese Characters (they show up as squares), or the Error "AppLocale was unable to launch the specific application. Please make sure the application specified is valid" from AppLocale, refer to the following video:
The Aeria Client can be found here if you don't have it. You'll need WinRAR to extract.
