Frost, I'd appreciate some hands-on guidance. I've downloaded, installed, created accounts, both for the game and the company, and the game STILL won't accept my game account credentials.
How do I proceed?
Thanks.

Hi,
I have the problem that I can't see all items in the Ingame Store and in Stalls. There is always a empty space and if I scroll Down some of the Objects are doubled and the prices are switched or doubled too. Sometimes if I buy something I cant "see" it will look like a green Box and the description is always: Notes: Ordinary ammunition.
Is there a way to solve this problem? I want to buy Sara Fortune Boxes in the Ingame Store...but it is bad if I dont see them after buying it.

Nevermind I figured it out you need to activate the game on the website. See, you made your account with SoftStar, but through their website you can choose which game you want to activate with your account. After you do that, you should be able to log in fine.

I had the same problem. I patched the game while my computer was set to display chinese characters. If you have your computer set to chinese mode, please put it back in English. Then check and see if you still have the same problem. If so, repatch the game and try again. If it works then move the language, data, and script files again. If it works after that, then you can switch back to chinese mode.
I'm sorry if this doesn't help.

Kuro, App Locale pretty much doesn't fix it 100% on Windows 7 (and possibly Vista). Try following the instructions for changing the System Locale. I've gotten it to work on two different systems using System Locale on Win 7. It's frustrating, I know, because System Locale can cause other programs to become a bit quirky, too, but mostly it's old/cheap programs that are affected.
---------
In other news, I found a better way to handle the interface files.
1. Instead of overwriting the files in I18N, just copy the ENG folder into the Language folder (I18N and ENG will be next to each other). 2. Open Main/Config/Language.ini and change I18N to ENG, or more simply, just make it look like below:
[LANGUAGE] StringFile_RoleData=ENG\BIG5Rolestring.xml StringFile_CommonData=ENG\Common.xml StringFile_Interface=ENG\Interface.xml StringFile_NetSlot=ENG\NetslotString.xml StringFile_Command=ENG\Command.xml
The advantage here is that the patcher doesn't change your ini files or touch the files in ENG, so you won't have to bother with recopying the interface files each time you patch.
