Since there's been some issues regarding TW DOMO, I will briefly cover my policy on seeking technical support from me.
1. Disclaimer: I am not in the employment of Softstar or Aeria Games, and all tech support I give have no warranties, implied or explicit, nor are they supported by Softstar or Aeria Games. You assume all responsibility for all consequences, direct or indirect, that may result from following my instructions.
2. If you wish to seek my help, you must register for an account and send me a PM. I will not be monitoring my Aeria Profile or the two emails shown in the video.
3. I am working full-time right now, which means you should expect at least a week before I can reply to your concerns. Again, I am not inclined to respond to anything that is not a forum PM on this site.
4. I am not inclined to respond to client errors, as that is beyond my expertise. If TWDOMO does not work on your machine after you've followed my video instructions, you're pretty much out of luck. You're better off seeking help elsewhere.
5. My moderators may remove your help-seeking posts if they are inclined to do so. You should take that as a hint to use the PM feature that I specified.
